Lilith and the Treasure Hunt

Lilith receives a metal detector for Christmas and sets out to find treasure by the creek with her dad. She discovers a metal can while using her detector, and after some digging, they uncover $500 in change. Lilith is excited, but her dad is concerned it might belong to someone else. They contact the former homeowners, Tom and Maude, who reveal that Maude had buried the money years ago for Tom’s surgery, but forgot about it. Although Lilith initially thinks the money is hers, Maude insists that she keep it as a thank-you for returning it. Lilith is thrilled to receive the money and proudly learns the true meaning of treasure — helping others.
